Question by Vanessa: how do I write a dispute letter to my car insurance about the decision they made?
Not happy with the decision that my car insurance made. how do you prove you are not at fault in a car accident. I need help starting/writting a letter.

without the letter its not going to get right answers/also/run this by a lawyer and see what he says/might be worth it

    You can write the letter – but it’s probably not going to do any good.

    It’s pretty standard language in an insurance policy for it to say that the insurance company has the right to investigate, negotiate, settle, deny or defend as they see fit.

    They don’t have to have your approval or agreement.

    Call the adjuster than handled your claim. Most adjusters will tell you why they made the decision they did. You may not like it. You may not agree with it but they will tell you why.
