Question by Ceekay: How do i write a letter of holding a person reliable for my car damages to send to his car insurance?
I was in a car accident, my car was hit from behind & now i need to claim for the damages from this guys insurance company. I have never been in a car accident before, his insurance company has asked me to forward a letter satting that i’m holding him reliable for the damages. I’m not sure how to write it. Can some one give me an example? would higly appreciate it

Write about the facts: the date of the accident, how did it happen, where, who is responsible, and who is to blame. Was the police present at the place of the accident? If it was, mention that too.
